Key responsibilities & impact

Control resources for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
Develop strategies to evaluate new applications and systems requirements

Communicate areas for improvement based on interactions with stakeholders, business teams, clients, and IT professionals
Collaborate across departments to align business analysis activities with company objectives
Prioritize projects and address issues during project implementation
Hire and lead a team of business analysts and technology professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10 years of work experience
Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
