About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities for enterprise healthcare and insurance applications
Ensure high-quality delivery across Pega Customer Decision Hub and Google cloud platforms
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency
Validate Pega decisioning capabilities, including Next Best Action, NBA Designer, Treatments, Proposition Management, Adaptive Models, Customer Journeys, and Decision Strategies
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
Develop and execute API testing strategies
Validate system integrations and business services
Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
Enable continuous testing and accelerate software delivery cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of QA, test automation, or quality engineering experience
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with Selenium and/or Playwright automation
Experience testing Pega-based solutions, including Customer Decision Hub
Experience with API testing and REST service validation
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred: Pega CDH, NBA Designer, Next Best Action, adaptive models, proposition management, case management, or customer order management experience
Preferred: Healthcare or insurance domain experience
Preferred: Experience with Tosca, Appium, GitHub Copilot, DBeaver, or Visual Studio Enterprise
Preferred: ISTQB, Scrum, Tosca, or Selenium-related certification
