Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists and data engineers
Develop and enhance a healthcare cost estimation tool for Aetna members
Create tools that simplify understanding healthcare costs and benefits
Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as genAI
Empower members to make informed healthcare decisions and improve health outcomes
Anticipate and prevent roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle
Drive project resolution and mitigation
Present complex ideas to various audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in product management
Proven experience developing and deploying ML- or AI-based products in a production environment
Ability to anticipate and prevent roadblocks throughout a project lifecycle and drive resolution or mitigation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Passion for improving healthcare access and affordability
Expertise in statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and time series analysis
Strong data mining skills in SQL and/or Python
Experience with healthcare data, including claims, provider, and clinical data
Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Composer
Knowledge of healthcare economics and reimbursement methodologies
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
CSPO and/or SAFe certifications listed as qualifications
Master's degree or MBA preferred
