About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses and create cohesive storylines and actionable recommendations
Drive identification and development of new growth opportunities by scanning market developments, healthcare and consumer trends, innovation, and potential disruptors
Synthesize insights and develop materials supporting senior executive-level decision-making across CVS Health business units and the Enterprise
Support process management for business unit leadership, including goal tracking and agenda development for executive leadership forums
Conduct research and competitive intelligence using internal and external sources
Collaborate with the Enterprise Strategy team and CVS business partners
Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
Support new growth initiatives and execution of key strategic priorities in Pharmacy Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession
Related experience in management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar roles
Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations
Ability to facilitate live discussions
Demonstrated executive presence, active listening, empathy, and effective communication
Ability to simplify complex problems and concepts amid ambiguity
Comfort working in a matrixed environment and managing competing priorities
Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
Ability to influence internal and external partners, including more senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of payor, provider, and product segments of the healthcare and pharmacy industry
Growth mindset and commitment to deepening healthcare industry expertise
Demonstrated ability to develop analyses, presentations, and supporting materials for strategy or change management initiatives
Experience building and evaluating financial models
BA/BS degree required
MBA preferred
