About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement asset protection objectives and administer asset protection programs
Provide assistance and training to field operations teams on asset protection issues
Analyze reporting-tool information to determine critical priorities and provide timely trend analysis to field partners
Align business partners and field operations teams on priorities, accountability, and required actions
Enforce asset protection and shrinkage control programs addressing internal and external theft and operational compliance
Follow up to ensure plans and programs are used and executed
Communicate initiative progress and feedback to field teams
Complete store health assessments for operational compliance
Coordinate and supervise outside security agencies in assigned markets
Conduct timely, ethical, and professional investigations of potential internal theft incidents
Liaise with local law enforcement regarding investigations and prosecutions
Facilitate meetings and training for field personnel
Attain budgeted shrink and P&L results within the assigned market

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in retail loss prevention, asset protection management, and/or field retail management
2+ years of experience with multiple-store and/or total-store management responsibility
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in Central/Southern Virginia
Experience with Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel strongly preferred
Knowledge of legal and ethical investigations preferred
LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Formal Wicklander-Zulawski interview training preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
