Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage multifaceted strategic projects and programs
Ensure projects meet business objectives, agreed metrics, and deliverables with due dates
Advise leadership on project status, risks, and recommended actions
Develop strategies to manage and monitor Network Medical Affairs team performance
Evaluate performance and impact, identify lessons learned, and implement best practices
Engage cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
Develop analyses, presentations, and reporting materials for performance monitoring and improvement initiatives
Socialize work to stakeholders across the enterprise
Navigate a highly matrixed, collaborative work environment
Identify and solve management and business problems

Facilitate clinical strategy development and implementation of innovative projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of work experience
3+ years of healthcare experience, including value-based care and managed care
Data analytics skills
Planning, delivery, and execution skills
Proficiency with business intelligence software such as Power BI and Tableau
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Problem-solving and decision-making mastery
Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others
People leadership experience
Project management experience or certifications preferred
Experience in a highly matrixed organization preferred
Master’s degree in a related area or equivalent work experience in the managed care environment preferred
Ability to work within any U.S. time zone and align working hours with team/business needs
