Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience, including value-based care and managed care
  • Data analytics skills
  • Planning, delivery, and execution skills
  • Proficiency with business intelligence software such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making mastery
  • Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others
  • People leadership experience
  • Project management experience or certifications preferred
  • Experience in a highly matrixed organization preferred
  • Master’s degree in a related area or equivalent work experience in the managed care environment preferred
  • Ability to work within any U.S. time zone and align working hours with team/business needs
