About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide the Product Team with financial, administrative, and commercialization support
Execute and track invoicing and payment activities
Check accounting records for accuracy and maintain organized financial documents
Conduct audits when necessary
Research and resolve financial discrepancies
Prepare financial reports for the team and leadership
Manage daily operations and provide high-level support to management
Manage calendars
Maintain contracts, collateral, financial documents, and travel expense records
Manage confidential records and files across multiple platforms
Support commercialization activities, pipelines, websites, and reporting
Create and pull reporting for internal teams and external stakeholders
Drive process improvements and standardization
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
5+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years proficient in using spreadsheets and accounting tools to produce key financial reports
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Analytical skills to identify errors and discrepancies
Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and operational workflows
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
