About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the content management function, establishing strategy, governance, and processes that support high-quality proposal development.
- Build and maintain content standards, libraries, templates, and workflows that improve content accessibility, consistency, and reuse.
- Develop and oversee training, onboarding, and change management programs that drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with proposal teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to strengthen proposal readiness, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Utilize performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics to identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and optimize team performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of leadership experience in proposal management, content strategy, knowledge management, or a related enablement function.
- Experience developing and managing content governance programs, content lifecycle processes, and knowledge management frameworks.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with experience using data to drive operational improvements.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with content management, collaboration, or proposal automation platforms.
- APMP certification or similar industry credentials.
