About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain pricing assumptions, factors, and methodologies used in NA/PEX fully insured pricing.
Support the maintenance, enhancement, and development of actuarial pricing tools and models.
Perform pricing analyses and ad hoc studies to evaluate experience, identify trends, and recommend pricing improvements.
Analyze and monitor emerging experience and communicate results to key stakeholders.
Partner with Underwriting to support pricing strategies for new and renewing business opportunities.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, Underwriting, and other business areas to develop and validate pricing assumptions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
1–2 years of actuarial or related analytical experience
Progress toward ASA designation with 2–5 actuarial exams completed
Experience working with healthcare, insurance, or other large, complex datasets
Prior healthcare industry experience
