Partner with Specialty Operations leaders to solve complex business problems using data, analytics, and quantitative decision-making.
Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, generating actionable insights, and influencing strategic and operational decisions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, combining strong statistical reasoning, business acumen, and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Focus on rapid hypothesis generation, statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting, and communicating clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 + years of experience in analytics, decision science, management consulting, business analytics, data science, operations research, or a related quantitative field
Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems using statistical analysis and data-driven decision making
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable analytical approaches
Experience conducting statistical analyses such as hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, segmentation, and experimental design
Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise, actionable insights for business and executive audiences
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Experience partnering directly with business leaders to prioritize opportunities and develop data-informed recommendations
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
