About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Specialty Operations leaders to solve complex business problems using data, analytics, and quantitative decision-making.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, generating actionable insights, and influencing strategic and operational decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, combining strong statistical reasoning, business acumen, and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Focus on rapid hypothesis generation, statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting, and communicating clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 + years of experience in analytics, decision science, management consulting, business analytics, data science, operations research, or a related quantitative field
- Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems using statistical analysis and data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable analytical approaches
- Experience conducting statistical analyses such as hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, segmentation, and experimental design
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise, actionable insights for business and executive audiences
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders to prioritize opportunities and develop data-informed recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
