Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of IT experience
8+ years in Salesforce program/platform leadership
proven experience establishing or scaling a Salesforce COE
strong functional and technical knowledge across Salesforce clouds
deep understanding of enterprise architecture
experience with delivery governance
demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
excellent communication and change leadership skills
hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce security model
experience adapting standards and guardrails in fast-evolving platform areas
