About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reviewing and redlining Pharma's data reporting contracts
  • Assessing the feasibility of delivering data according to Pharma's contractual needs
  • Collaborating with CVS Specialty & Retail Trade teams
  • Creating and maintaining business requirements documentation
  • Acting as the designated point of contact for Pharma and their third parties
  • Leading data-related discussions and addressing data-related questions
  • Reviewing and investigating data issues and concerns
  • Partnering with external and internal teams to address data questions and issues
  • Conducting root cause analysis of incoming data concerns
  • Executing and modifying simple and moderately complex SQL queries
  • Collaborating with the development team and Account Managers to analyze and collect meaningful metrics
  • Tracking Pharma reporting projects/intake for successful delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Accounting, or other scientific-related field of study, or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of SQL experience or other relevant programming experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional services environment with clients/stakeholders, preferably in reporting requirements, data reconciliation, and root cause analysis
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience
