About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reviewing and redlining Pharma's data reporting contracts
Assessing the feasibility of delivering data according to Pharma's contractual needs
Collaborating with CVS Specialty & Retail Trade teams
Creating and maintaining business requirements documentation
Acting as the designated point of contact for Pharma and their third parties
Leading data-related discussions and addressing data-related questions
Reviewing and investigating data issues and concerns
Partnering with external and internal teams to address data questions and issues
Conducting root cause analysis of incoming data concerns
Executing and modifying simple and moderately complex SQL queries
Collaborating with the development team and Account Managers to analyze and collect meaningful metrics
Tracking Pharma reporting projects/intake for successful delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Accounting, or other scientific-related field of study, or 4 years of equivalent work experience
1+ years of SQL experience or other relevant programming experience
2+ years of experience working in a professional services environment with clients/stakeholders, preferably in reporting requirements, data reconciliation, and root cause analysis
1+ years of healthcare experience
