Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LSW, LISW, LCPC, LPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of post-master’s direct clinical experience
  • 3+ years of experience treating mental health and substance use disorders
  • 3+ years of case management experience
  • Experience with crisis intervention and motivational interviewing
  • Strong technical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, telephonic environment
