Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects from initiation through timely completion to meet business objectives and increase performance
  • Works with internal staff across multiple departments to identify data sources, processes and activities required to meet state regulatory compliance requirements or meet the objectives of the Quality Management (QM) program
  • Using innovation, integration and information, links the quality management activities to business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted license
  • Minimum of 3 years of quality management care experience
  • Strong knowledge of NCQA standards and requirements
  • Exceptional verbal/written/presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects with overlapping deliverables
  • Proficient in workplace applications and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, cloud-based document management, virtual communication/collaboration, and project platforms) with the ability to leverage tools to optimize work processes
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and overall quality of reports
  • Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Adaptability and Time Management skills including, but not limited to: Strong organizational skills
  • Motivational interviewing skills and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and leadership qualities
  • Project Management Certification
  • CPHQ Certification
  • Ability to analyze and manage large amounts of data
  • Associates or diploma nursing degree required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
