About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct online 'Video Visits' with health plan members
- Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ capacity units per month
- Execute a strong visit completion rate, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month
- Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs)
- Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
- Ability to meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, a quiet setting with a neutral background from which to conduct visits, and the ability to uphold health plan member privacy per CVS Health guidelines.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
