About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide oversight to the Part C/Part B Preservice Expedited/Standard Appeal team
- Ensure timely, customer focused response to appeals, complaints, and grievance
- Identify trends and emerging issues and report on and give input on potential solutions
- Independently research and translate policy and procedures into intelligent responses
- Successfully work across functions and segments to create and trend reports for resolution of escalated cases
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years Leadership experience
- Ability to interpret and understand Regulatory Guidance and Member Contract Materials
- Fast paced environment
- Project Management
- Previous Appeals or relatable experience is preferred
- Medicare Knowledge is a plus
