About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10-15 years of experience within finance - specifically focused in financial reporting, determining cost, underwriting, or related experience

- Adept at understanding the business’ P&L statements and how to take action based on analysis and interpretation of the data
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Ability to assess operational and legal risk and provide recommendations to senior leadership on mitigating factors
- Ability to effectively operate in a matrixed environment and drive project completion and issue resolution across departments
