About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • supports daily ITGS operations focused on Medicare Part D enrollment processing
  • analyzes, runs, monitors, and maintains daily batch operations, FTP, and ETL processes
  • troubleshoots job failures, researches business and IT requests, creates and schedules jobs, supports production activities, and assists with release deployments
  • handles requests from internal and external customers, clients, and vendors while meeting service-level expectations
  • partners with business, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver projects, system upgrades, and maintenance requests on time and with high quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 + years proficiency with SSIS, SQL, DB2, UNIX, and UNIX variants in a large-scale environment
  • 1-3 + years of working knowledge of Windows' Active Directory, Networking protocols, Batch Scheduling, ETL, and FTP
  • 1-3 + years of experience in application production support (Level 1–3), incident management, and troubleshooting of enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and IT operations processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
