Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience
  • exposure to large employer accounts
  • led complex renewals and pricing discussions
  • comfortable translating financial information into clear recommendations
  • engaging confidently with senior client and consultant stakeholders
  • exercises sound judgment under pressure and ambiguity
