Act as the clients main point of contact and oversee day-to-day PBM operations
Liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client requests
Manage resolution status of client business requirements including issue tracking
Drive practical and creative solutions to complex situations
Engage internal resources for issue resolution within deadlines and guarantees

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance
Preferred: Prior Healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts
Preferred: Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans
