Account Manager, Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the clients main point of contact and oversee day-to-day PBM operations
- Liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client requests
- Manage resolution status of client business requirements including issue tracking
- Drive practical and creative solutions to complex situations
- Engage internal resources for issue resolution within deadlines and guarantees
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance
- Preferred: Prior Healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts
- Preferred: Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans
