About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives
Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas
Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions
Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance application processes and recommend their adoption where applicable
Play a key leadership role in architecture design reviews and identify gaps and recommend design changes
Actively lead and participate in the Architecture community to drive modernization opportunities for Healthcare Business Unit while keeping in mind the complexities of our IT landscape.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect)
Strong experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript)
Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading)
5+ years of full stack development experience
5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, Redis and any relevant database experience
5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design
Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI and LLMs
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
