Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver transformation through phased, interdependent releases.
Own and execute end-to-end change plans for assigned workstreams, from discovery through post–go-live reinforcement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on change management experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
Strong practitioner knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) with application in delivery.
Proven experience developing communications, training, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, and leadership enablement tools.
Experience supporting multiple releases or go-lives with overlapping timelines.
