About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver transformation through phased, interdependent releases.
- Own and execute end-to-end change plans for assigned workstreams, from discovery through post–go-live reinforcement.
- Develop role-based change communications, including announcements, release updates, FAQs, and leadership messages.
- Identify impacted stakeholders and manage alignment across parallel initiatives.
- Participate in readiness checkpoints, release reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on change management experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
- Strong practitioner knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) with application in delivery.
- Proven experience developing communications, training, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, and leadership enablement tools.
- Experience supporting multiple releases or go-lives with overlapping timelines.
