Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of leadership experience
Pharmacy Technician license or certification required, based on assigned duties and applicable state pharmacy regulations
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to present information clearly and effectively
Analytical skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong organizational skills
