Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of planning and resource management processes.
Help establish and reinforce team-wide norms, workflows, and governance practices.
Develop repeatable templates, frameworks, and schedules.
Partner with portfolio and functional leaders to help sequence work, manage capacity, and surface risks.
Serve as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for Asana within the organization.

Train, coach, and support teams to drive strong adoption of project management tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, program management, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency with project management tools
Proven ability to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of operational processes and governance models.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
Ability to apply strategic thinking to connect execution details to business goals.
Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across teams and leadership levels.
