Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities
Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
Promote CVS customer service culture
Handle customer relations issues
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
Price merchandise and stock shelves
Execute the displays and inventory of merchandise
Reset departments following POGs

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts
Experience as a retail supervisor preferred
