About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to and help evolve the onsite advertising product roadmap, including display and sponsored formats (Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands), with a focus on performance and scalability
Support the development and optimization of onsite inventory strategy, including placement design, ad formats, and monetization approaches across key surfaces
Act as a supporting subject matter resource for onsite ad serving and platform capabilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and scalability
Assist in advancing auction dynamics, ranking logic, and ad relevance
Deploy interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker, and Power BI to track performance metrics and KPIs
Leverage data and measurement insights to support product decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience within digital advertising, retail media, or AdTech
Experience working cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Engineering, and Sales teams
Experience with working knowledge of GAM, including inventory structure, key-values, targeting, and trafficking workflows
Experience utilizing data analysis tools and languages including Excel, SQL, R and Python, and data visualization tools including Tableau, Looker and Power BI.
