5+ years successful experience in strategy, innovation and/or business process redesign within the healthcare industry (or equivalent)

Strong data and analytics skills
Proven ability to create value and exceed performance targets
Demonstrated relationship management skills
Experience identifying value opportunities and creating new capabilities
