Key responsibilities & impact

Work under the direction of Legal Counsel and Management to advise internal stakeholders on new laws impacting the healthcare industry
Identify and analyze newly enacted and amended federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and other legal guidance
Conduct legal research, interpret law, and determine applicability of new laws to the enterprise
Analyze and report new legal requirements to internal stakeholders
Work collaboratively with Legal Counsel and partners on legal and regulatory compliance matters
Recommend practical advice for internal clients on legal issues related to enterprise-wide implementation of new legal requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as an attorney with a law firm, healthcare company or judicial clerkship
Admitted to practice law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s)
