About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the drafting and review of a wide variety of contracts.
- Work collaboratively with Client Account Management, Proposals, Finance, and other operational stakeholders.
- Identify legal and business risks and provide solutions to internal business partners.
- Information management, including updating of files and electronic data.
- General legal research and contract administrative support activity as assigned.
- Other related work as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Paralegal and/or Contract Administrator experience
- 3+ years of experience with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
- Previous experience in a legal, compliance, or health plan environment
- Westlaw experience
- SalesForce.com
- Bachelor's degree
