Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of software engineering experience across modern and legacy technology stacks, including Java, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, Angular, and mainframe platforms (e.g., COBOL, CICS, DB2)
2+ experience leveraging Generative AI technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and automation
5+ years of experience in healthcare payer platforms specifically in Provider Data management
3+ years of experience in product development leading a team of 50+ people
3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
5+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture spanning distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and mainframe integration patterns
5+ years of experience with DevSecOps practices, building in build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and source code management tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Octopus)
5+ years of experience with modern data platforms, including NoSQL databases and caching technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Bigtable, Neo4j)
5+ years of performance management and leadership experience with excellent problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills
