Full lifecycle development with an emphasis on deployment of scalable web applications using modern Microsoft technologies

Deploy and maintain applications using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
Design and implement backend and web components using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core
Optimize application performance, security (encryption, authentication, authorization), and ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and GDPR
Troubleshoot, debug, and test applications to ensure reliability and user-friendly experiences
Requirements
5+ years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+
5+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core
3+ years of experience with SQL Server and relational database design
3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
3+ years of experience with Git and DevOps practices
3+ years of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles experience
Must be able to work east coast business hours
Bachelor’s in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred: Understanding and implementing robust security features, including encryption (both at rest and in transit), authentication, authorization, and secure communication protocols
Preferred: Agile methodologies
Preferred: Knowledge of techniques to improve application performance and efficiency, such as fixing memory leaks and optimizing the garbage collector
Preferred: Strong debugging and testing skills
Preferred: Adherence to regulations like HIPAA in the US and GDPR in Europe
