About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver strategic product support through the sales process to achieve revenue, customer, membership, and profit earnings growth
Align policies and procedures for the Product, Innovation & Delivery team (PID) with organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support departments
Partner with product owner(s) and other key stakeholders to support growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolio
Help identify and support growth opportunities across target segments
Support product launches, pilots, enhancements and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts
Partner with Analytics to lead the development of case studies and integration of metrics and quantifiable outcomes into collateral
Support development of product-specific sales training for new products and features

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of work experience, preferably within healthcare, PBM, health plan or pharmaceutical strategy
5 + years of Product, Sales Enablement, Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Market Research, Strategy or Operations experience
5 + years of experience working simultaneously with multiple teams in a cross functional environment
Ability to travel approximately 10–15% of time to support client meetings, conferences, and other high-priority engagements
