Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and enhancement of pharmacy programs from end to end, including requirements, testing, piloting, deployment, and post‑launch validation
Manage cross‑functional partnerships to align on program requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution
Drive project management efforts, including meeting agendas, documentation, SOPs, and leadership presentation materials
Oversee the development and maintenance of program tools, workflows, and communications to ensure consistent field execution
Translate findings across initiatives and drive leadership discussions through clear recommendations and progress updates
Manage program analytics and reporting, including analysis of program performance, program adoption and utilization, and operational outcomes
Leverage data and insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for program owners and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-5 years of experience using data, reporting tools, and presentation materials to drive program analysis and leadership communication
Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop materials and present to multi-level leadership and operational audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within healthcare, pharmacy, or product development
