Key responsibilities & impact

manage and provide day-to-day leadership of the pharmacy and health care delivery privacy legal and compliance teams
proactively advise business partners on a wide variety of matters
work collaboratively with other CVS Health attorneys and partners on matters related to privacy legal and regulatory compliance
recommend practical and sound advice to internal clients on legal issues related to business objectives
mentor, train and oversee the work of legal and compliance professionals within the Privacy Office

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of legal experience with a law firm, healthcare company or health system focused on issues related to healthcare and consumer privacy
Admitted to practice law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s)
Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate
Deep subject matter expertise of privacy laws such as HIPAA and state consumer privacy laws
