About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Salesforce COE operating model, including intake, demand management, prioritization, and portfolio governance
Define enterprise architecture standards, security standards, reference architectures, and guardrails
Own and enforce governance processes for solution design reviews, technical approvals, and release readiness
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT stakeholders to shape roadmaps
Standardize integration, data, and identity patterns (APIs, middleware, MDM)
Drive security, compliance, and data governance
Build COE capability through enablement by coaching architects, administrators, and developers
Establish a feedback loop from delivery teams
Own the Salesforce platform roadmap in partnership with enterprise architecture and key vendors
Lead governance, observability, and adoption strategies for Agentforce and Data Cloud
Lead executive communications related to quarterly business reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce program/platform leadership
Proven experience establishing or scaling a Salesforce COE
Strong functional and technical knowledge across Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience)
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, data and integration patterns (APIs, eventing)
Experience with delivery governance, financial management, vendor oversight, and operating metrics
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills
Hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce security model, data model, sharing architecture
