About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic problem solving, opportunity analyses & new idea generation for initiatives within the Specialty Care team at Oak Street
- Manage detail-oriented programs with extensive data needs & stakeholder engagement (Population health, Product, third party vendors, field care teams)
- Drive critical business analytics – interest in learning new programs and skills, and strong analytical chops
- Engage frequently with field care teams to understand pain points in our current workflows, creatively problem solve, train team members on new processes, and ultimately drive utilization of our Preferred Networks to improve patient care
- Partner with the Product and Engineering teams on problem solving, idea generation, and issue tracking
- Manage third party vendor relationships
- Create metrics and reports to monitor success of programs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency of workflows and overall project development
- Opportunities for management as determined by business needs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of applicable experience in a highly-analytical fast-paced healthcare environment; early-stage company, management consulting, or public health experience a plus
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills. Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has incredible levels of tenacity and a pleasantly persistent approach
- History of taking ownership and effectively solving difficult problems
- Strong data management and MS Excel skills; Alteryx experience a plus
- Unimpeachable integrity
- US work authorization
- Education Bachelor degree required
