About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- serve as the Sales Operations and Enablement Lead Director
- support New Business Development
- manage operational components of pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships
- monitor and track enhanced services milestones
- own end-to-end enhanced services invoicing process
- represent New Business Development organization in marketing and sales materials
- identify and implement process improvement and reporting enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years’ experience
- experience building, scaling, or supporting sales operations
- strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturer market access models
- advanced proficiency in Excel
- experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related fields
