About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of analytics, reporting, and data solutions supporting VBC contracts and performance management
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions using SQL and modern data platforms
Oversee delivery of provider performance reporting, cost analytics, and executive dashboards
Partner with clinical, network, and technology teams to design and implement VBC programs
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment across internal and external reporting
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and clinical outcomes
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in analytics, healthcare, or value-based care
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformation
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud data environments (e.g., BigQuery)
Experience working with large, complex datasets (claims, provider, or healthcare data preferred)
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
