Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join a high-impact finance team supporting the Coram Home Infusion business.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across Volume, Revenue, and Margin.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to influence strategy and results.
  • Reporting to the Executive Director, the role offers strong visibility and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Shape financial outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Responsibilities include daily, weekly, monthly volume reporting, month end close responsibilities, tracking performance against forecast, identifying risks/opportunities, leading the Budgeting & Forecasting process and being a resource for business leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant finance work experience and prior FP&A experience in a similar large publicly traded organization.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects based on strict calendar expectations.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle-based systems.
  • Knowledge of pricing & reimbursement in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization under tight deadlines.
  • Experience synthesizing and analyzing large sets of data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent relevant work experience.
