Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and oversee the standalone dental mailbox, including triage, routing, escalation management, and workflow coordination
Partner with Sales to support standalone dental and vision growth initiatives
Coordinate Gateway enhancement initiatives
Support sales teams with RFP coordination, reporting requests, quote tracking, broker issue resolution, and strategic case support
Support reporting and analytics related to standalone dental growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-5 years relevant experience preferred
Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or sales
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
