Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership and oversee digital engineering functions
Manage a team of engineers
Define technical strategies and roadmaps
Ensure successful project delivery and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
Coordinate with stakeholders and allocate resources
Drive technical excellence and create alignment between business goals and technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of overall IT/Digital development experience on enterprise class applications
5+ years in a management role, leading software development teams
5+ years of experience partnering with architecture, product and program management teams
2+ years of experience with programming languages/frameworks: ETL tools, BI solutions, Java
Excellent knowledge with any SQL platform
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Hands on experience with cloud technologies/platforms, and/or CRMs
Good understanding and working experience in IT Security best practices and other compliance standards such as ADA, HIPAA, PCI DSS
Experience in SAFe Agile work environments; certification of SAFe for leaders would be a plus
Knowledge/experience in the Healthcare space, B2C and/or B2B
