Key responsibilities & impact

Achieves individual growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels
Creates collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business
Executes tactical components of the account teams business plan for each customer
Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems
Develops and manages service plans in a proactive and strategic manner
Proactively identifies potential service issues and takes steps to resolve them
Takes the lead on management of the integration of clients and Aetna's internal organizations
Educates customer on Aetna specific policies, product information, procedures, and industry issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years sales and/or account management experience
Proven track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service
Experience managing large and complex National Accounts
Strong relationship building skills in the health care industry
Excellent communication skills
High level of organization and detail
Demonstrated experience leading client meetings
Must be willing to travel to clients within Florida, as well as reside in Florida
Must be licensed to sell Life and Health products in Florida (If not currently licensed, this will be required within 60 days of employment effective date)
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
