Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, and user stories
Facilitate discussions across business and technical teams to align on scope, priorities, and solutions

Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to gather and document business and functional requirements
Experience working across cross-functional teams, including business and technology stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
