Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for designing, developing, and delivering data and reporting solutions that support care management operations and population health strategies
partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data assets, dashboards, and analytics that enable performance tracking, identify gaps in care, and improve program outcomes
ensures data accuracy and consistency across claims, clinical, and vendor sources, and produces actionable insights to inform decision-making, enhance care management effectiveness, and drive continuous operational improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, or data engineering, with demonstrated experience supporting care management or population health programs
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation, including development of complex queries, data models, and ETL processes
Strong experience with healthcare data sources, including claims, clinical, and care management systems; familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud or similar care management tracking tools
Proven ability to translate business and clinical requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
