Key responsibilities & impact

Support the organization in the removal of non-productive inventory
Create product withdrawal and MCR (Merchandise Credit Returns) requests
Maintain vendor relationships and contact information
Manage communication with third-party processors regarding store returns
Provide root cause analytics for withdrawal or aged inventory disputes
Track and report on recalls within DCs and third party returns processor facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of professional working experience
1+ years of experience supporting supply chain procedures pertaining to Supplier/Item end of life process
1+ years of analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in multiple programs/applications; STIBO, Mainframe (Rumba/CICS), Help Desk, SAP
Proficient in SQL/Snowflake
Experience in Tableau or Power BI
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
