About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and lead architecture for enterprise-scale applications and integrations
Partner closely with enterprise and G&A architecture teams to ensure technical and strategic alignment
Collaborate with product owners and managers to understand requested capabilities and translate them into architectural and technical designs
Guide technical leads and engineers across multiple projects and workstreams
Serve as the senior architect for major initiatives, including key clinical programs
Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support throughout the full software development lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular)
Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (SLAs, latency, real-time/near–real-time processing, multithreading)
5+ years of full-stack development experience
5+ years of experience with SQL, NoSQL, Redis, and related database technologies
5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and API design
Familiarity with DevOps ecosystems including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and Git, as well as messaging systems like Kafka
Experience or exposure to AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
