Key responsibilities & impact

Provides management consultation to corporate clients around issues of safety and risk
Coordinates critical incident and disruptive event response
Provides member clinical assessments and triage into care
Performs case management across scope of all types of management referrals
Collaborates with management to ensure quality service delivery
Documents clinical information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Unrestricted independent state licensure in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, PhD)
3+ years of experience in behavioral health services
2+ Substance abuse experience
2+ Crisis management experience
CEAP/EAP experience preferred
SAP/DOT experience preferred
CISM experience preferred
Human Resource and/or Supervisory experience preferred
Case management, Utilization Review, or Utilization Management background preferred
