Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years building or operating developer platforms, CI/CD systems, or other internal engineering infrastructure
4+ years of hands-on software engineering with backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js)
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
3+ years operating one or more enterprise CI or CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, UrbanCode Deploy)
Experience leading teams in Agile or Scrum environments
3+ years directly managing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management
