Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the enterprise ERP strategy
Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programs at enterprise scale
Serve as the senior enterprise architect for the ERP platform

Own the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of SAP S/4HANA across various business functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience within the insurance industry
Hands-on experience delivering insurance regulatory and reporting programs
Demonstrated experience leading at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation
Deep expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules
Proven track record of leading global, distributed teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
