Key responsibilities & impact

Own and mature the Technical Health program for TPA & Payer Solutions
Lead planning, coordination, and execution oversight for operating system upgrades, database upgrades, and software upgrades
Drive security vulnerability remediation programs
Monitor and improve application and platform health
Identify systemic issues and opportunities to reduce toil
Establish and maintain technical health metrics
Translate technical health and platform risk into clear business impact for senior business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in IT operations, technical program leadership, production support, platform health, infrastructure operations, or related enterprise technology environments
Broad understanding of infrastructure and application landscapes
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Working knowledge of vulnerability management, patching, operating systems, databases, software lifecycle management, and application performance monitoring concepts
Strong stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing work, manage risk, and maintain momentum across multiple dependencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
